There are no hidden fees. Our daily rates are transparent and clearly stated. Travel and accommodation expenses for our inspectors are billed separately at cost — we never add markups or commissions. You will receive a detailed breakdown of all expenses before the inspection takes place, so there are never any surprises on your invoice.

We understand that production schedules can shift. If the factory postpones the inspection with less than 24 hours notice, a rescheduling fee may apply to cover the inspector's lost time and travel costs. However, we always try to accommodate schedule changes when possible. We maintain close communication with both you and the factory to minimize disruptions and ensure inspections happen as close to the original schedule as possible.

Our daily rate remains the same regardless of order volume. However, larger orders may require additional inspection days, which would increase the total cost proportionally. For clients with ongoing inspection needs, we offer discounted rates on long-term contracts. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our service. All client information — including purchasing data, pricing, technical specifications, and inspection findings — is treated as strictly confidential. Inspection reports are shared only with authorized personnel you designate, and we never disclose supplier information or inspection results to third parties under any circumstances.
